ASL Storytime

Hat-tastic Storytime at the Dorm!

Elementary dorm students were all smiles as ISD’s own John and Jodi Miller brought ASL storytime to life! The featured tale was Do You Have a Hat? by Eileen Spinelli and Geraldo Valerio. The book depicts a colorful celebration of famous hat-wearers through history.

Storytime got even better as the tale unfolded. John and Jodi surprised the kids by passing out hats, turning the room into a giggling group of little hat-wearers. The once quiet storytime transformed into an interactive adventure, and the children were absolutely riveted!
